Business Inn Grandeur Fuchu

The cleanliness of the hotel, the respectful attitude of the staff, the amenities, and the location beside Tama train station, a fruit and vegetable stand, a flower shop, a lovely local coffee/spirits shop and Family Mart made our stay just perfect. Oh, and the Chinese restaurant associated with the hotel was an added bonus. (The chef, her delicious food, and the festive yet calm ambiance were wonderful!)

Disappointed

The room is much smaller than display on the website. Woke up in the morning and found out the toilet was leaking with water around. In fact, they have 2 buildings one is above the restaurant and the other one is opposite the road which is new building. We book for non smoking room but they took us to a smoking room above the restaurant which full of smells of cigarette and cooking. We told them we need non smoking room againThen they took us to the other building, very tricky!

It's a 5-minute walk from Domo Subway Station, and there's a Lawson convenience store next to the hotel.I've stayed here several times, and the uncle at the reception is always very polite and courteous.The room is cleaned very well.There's also a washing machine and a microwave. Apart from being a bit small, it's perfect.

Magnificent staying experience, staff were nice, polite and helpful. Smoking room was very quiet. Definitely want to stay here again.

I like the bed because it was spacious. The room was clean and tidy.

I think their airconditioned because it's not getting cold, i think they need to check it because it was not cold. And i hope they can put some service coffee aside from tea.

It's very close to Tama station and the place I needed to go to. There are also a number of places to eat and buy some essentials around the building.

Well... it can't be helped. The rooms offered by the hotel are across multiple buildings. The other buildings are probably fine. But the one where I stayed stands right next to a railroad crossing whose alarm bell rings every time a subway train crosses, which is pretty often. It's not loud with the windows closed, but you will hear it. It doesn't bother me when I sleep, but for others it might.

Check in was really quick. It's really close to the station - perhaps too close to be honest due to noise. The room itself is quite spacious with a small refrigerator, a microwave, and even a washing machine, It's a cheap place to stay and Tama is only two stops from Musashisakai (as well as being the location for Tokyo University of Foreign Studies). There's a nice little Indian restaurant about twenty yards from the hotel (same side of the station) and a Family Mart convenience store next door.

I heard a crossing guard going up and down throughout the night. There's nothing the hotel can do about this but just consider that's a disadvantage of the location. The bathroom is quite small - the tub is almost as deep as it is long which is a small issue for a westerner.

It’s really near Tama Station and from there it’s quite simple to get to Tokyo. The room has everything you could need including a microwave, kettle, tv etc. The air conditioner and wifi are good and easy to use/access. The staff were really helpful even with my limited Japanese.

There was a cockroach in my room but I caught it under a cup and then the cleaners removed it.
